Thanks to spammers, there's a one in five chance you will NOT
receive our survey invitations unless you use these tips

Provider (ISP) may have SPAM filters set up on your email. (If
your ISP has done it, you may not even be aware that your messages are

like SpamArrest, Matador, ChoiceMail, or
something similar.
If you are using filters of any kind it is very likely
that you will NOT receive our email unless you specifically set them
up to ...

Other providers & email
clients:
If our email is being filtered, try adding 'top-surveys.com' to your address book or
contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the
message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call
or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be
sure to receive all e-mail from us.
Follow their instructions for "whitelisting".
For more information on this problem and why it is
necessary for you to take these steps, please read Deliver
My Mail.
We fully support anti-spam measures, but please make
sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping
information from you. I apologize for the inconvenience, but
these circumstances are beyond our control.
